From my perspective: Web design is evergreen, we always need a website and web design for our business. These days’ people mostly use their mobile phone and tab to browse website, So we need our old website to redesign for responsive view, so that we can tab all user from all resources. It must that our website have responsive view compatible to all devices phone, tab, pc etc.
Responsive web design is a device-independent design philosophy, so that is not a direct, apples-to-apples comparison. Responsive web design is great, but it’s not a silver bullet. If it’s your only weapon for mobile, then a performance problem might be hindering your conversion rate. Around 11% of the websites are responsive, and the number is growing every month, so now is the time to talk about this.
The goal of the web standards movement was to remove needless complexity and absurdity from the process of creating websites so we could focus our attention where it should be: on design, content, and experience.
